  1. This is very inventive and clever, Sarah! I like the way you've borrowed the language of file storage (and technological impediments) and adapted it to "fit" poetry, and also to shed light on what poetry is or can be (iambic pentameter, special intensity in the expression of feelings). Great solution!

  2. Talk about a brilliantly conceived, ingenious, outstanding, phenomenal, borderline sensational idea. The phrase "thinking out of the box" comes to mind, and that is evidently what you did here, using a program called "box," how ironic. I also appreciated the clever message boxes, and nice final line and resolution.
Now if only we could figure out whose idea it was...

  3. This is a very clever idea! I like the way you incorporated custom message boxes into your idea! I thought that the first message box where you defined poetry was especially creative, good work!

  4. The fonts for each pop-up are really well chosen, and very well edited. I also like how you applied poetic terms and ideas to make the pop-ups more relevant, especially in the second one, when it said "date modified: always". Great job!

  5. Sarah,
This is so inventive! Your idea really demands the reader's attention and certainly had my eyes glued to my laptop screen! Along with that, I like how you took the prompt for this blog post a step farther by thinking quite literally, yet still extraordinary in the sense that you took it upon yourself to even customize what each screen notification said. Excellent work!

  6. This is very creative. You kind of took the literal sense of the prompt. When someone says "box", we tend to think of the physical object. In contrast, your box refers to the box on your computer. I don't think I would've thought of that.
